We provide the service of preparing and submitting to the repository financial documents and documents approving the company’s annual financial statements.
All documents for approval of the annual financial statements may be submitted by the company to the National Court Register only by electronic means.
The deadline for approval of the annual financial statements is 6 months from the day ending the financial year.
If the company’s financial year coincides with the calendar year, approval should take place by June 30, and submission to the National Court Register by July 15 of a given year.
